The girl you'll love to hate!
The urge to misbehave and the desire to be anonymous always visit me together. Human nature tells us to use the cover of anonymity to avoid taking the blame for the bad things we do. Some say anonymity is the last refuge for cowards. Judging from the mail and comments I’ve read that have been submitted anonymously, (mostly questions in my Formspring account) I would agree.

People hiding behind the screen of anonymity or a false identity feel the freedom to launch angry, hurtful tirades. Anonymity allows them to be unkind without having to take responsibility for their words.

Whenever I am tempted to write something anonymously because I don’t want to be identified with my own words, I STOP and RECONSIDER. If I don’t want my name attached to it, I prolly shouldn’t be saying it.

Then I do one of two things: I either toss it out or I rewrite it in a way that makes it helpful rather than hurtful. Soooo let me put it this way…

Dear hacker that sends mysterious email messages to random people in my contacts, why must you do this? If this is your way to get it YOUR way, hope it works for you. Karma’s a bitch —- I should know! You’ve caused me a lot of trouble since March, please cut the crap. I’ve been keeping mum about this for awhile now. Don’t push it.
